Why we exist

Tough Problem was launched to help organisations create, then deliver, more innovative & strategic solutions to tough problems.

We bring the hard, analytical and the soft, human side of problems in to view to empower people to think and act together more effectively, helping them proactively & purposefully create better futures for themselves, their organisations and their communities. Importantly, we help you turn strategy into action by developing concrete plans and road maps to deliver on your intent.

Tough Problem was conceived in the halls of an ASX Top 20 organisation undergoing great change as it sought to become more customer driven. We built a Human (Customer) Centred Design culture, Tool kit and Curriculum through input from world class design organisations such as IDEO & Cheskin, cold hard experience and many iterations.

We've solved tough problems with and without large investments, created new products and services, facilitated senior teams in the development of their strategies and improved the capability of over 1000 people through our design courses.
