Coal Services wanted help to develop their new strategy & plan. We ran a 2 day strategic dialogue with the senior leadership team. Their new vision and strategy was successfully endorsed by the Coal Services board.

Follow up work included the creation of a program management framework, a balanced scorecard and the design of a communications plan for embedding the strategy in the business.

Australia's largest (not for profit) provider of Aged Care Services wanted help to make the experience of their new staff better in the hope that staff retention would improve.
