We're are a team of experienced professionals that are passionate about solving tough problems. We have decades of professional experience in various roles and industries. Whilst we are consultants, we understand the world from both sides of the fence having used consultants in our former corporate life in some capacity to deliver great outcomes.

We bring design thinking, strategy, facilitation & program/change management skills tempered with real life experience in organisations that are experiencing great change.

  • BookImg Andrew has over 20 years in management and is able to complement his extensive experience with various tertiary qualifications including accounting, company turnarounds, project management and general management (MBA). Andrew has gained vast knowledge across various industry sectors including Banking, Insurance, IT, Allied Health, Governments, SMEs, Manufacturing and Family Businesses.  Andrew has a proven track record of understanding what the client wants to achieve and is able to manage the process of turning Strategy into Action.  Andrew also has had extensive experience working with family businesses and have assisted them with navigating the various complexities and challenges these businesses and families face.  Andrew is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (Australia and International), a Family Business Australia (FBA) Forum Facilitator, FBA Specialist Accredited Advisor and Member of the FBA (Qld) State Committee.  Andrew is also a member of the USA's Family Firm Institute Inc and holds several directorships at private companies and family business councils.

  • BookImgPeter has vast experience helping teams use design thinking to their advantage. Both as Executive Manager of design at an ASX Top 20 company and as an owner of three diverse businesses, his practical, straight forward approach has helped to de-mystify the Human Centred Design process and make its philosophy and application accessible to more than 1000 people.
  •  Peter has an MBA & is a qualified educator.
  •  Peter is a Director of Games on Board, a company which has applied Human-Centred Design to create a series of new wave board and App games for cricket enthusiasts. The games present an exciting fusion of traditional board games features with the appeal of modern electronic games.

BookImg Howard Manning
Howard experience is with working with senior management and boards towards designing and executing complex strategies and programs of work. Having worked on several national integrations / transformation projects over the last 18 years allows him to bring further strength to the team’s experience. BookImg Brian Griffin
Brian is a proactive business executive with extensive experience gained in Australia and overseas. He has held senior accounting and operational management positions at a number of listed companies across a variety of industry sectors including real estate, mining, insurance and local government. As a director and the ‘responsible officer’ under an AFSL, he established an online insurance distributor that operated in several countries. Brian enjoys working with clients who face the challenges of executing on their strategic plans and is passionate about delivering initiatives that improves the customer experience, builds a high performing culture and realizes bottom line benefits. Jeremy is a seasoned consultant with a career background in the professional services sector. He has a rare mix of skills and experience across corporate advisory, legal, business, board, and company secretarial fields with both listed and unlisted companies. Throughout his career, both in lead advisory roles and as a legal adviser, he has specialised in transactional work - M&A; JVs including IP licensing; private equity; commercialisation; corporate structures; equity incentives. He holds a diploma in entrepreneurship studies and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; he is also a solicitor in both England and Australia though no longer practising.
